- The items you ordered will be shipped out in 1-2 business day by Korea Air Mail or China Air Mail when your payment is clear. The arrival time is 5-20 business days to United States usually.
- We ensure dispatch the item within 1-2 business days. However, you bought the item from opposite side of the earth, so it needs a little longer time to deliver. Please place order only if you agree with the shipping time and all the terms below.
- Customs duty is obligation and liability of a citizen in your country, so buyer should be responsible for any tax and custom duty incurred. Generally, the delay or failure delivery is sometimes caused by the policy of different customs. For example, Laser Pointer is unacceptable in some countries. Therefore, please double check your local customs policy carefully before purchase. Or, we will NOT be responsible for any failure delivery related destination customs issue.
Returns and Guarantee
Please notify us within 30 days after item received.
Please obtain the RMA number & returned address for any return items.
Return items MUST have all ORIGINAL packaging and accessories.
We will replace items which are malfunctioning, for 30 days from the date you received.
Items which have physical abuse are not covered by the warranty. Refunds are only offered for defective products reported within 7 days upon receipt.
Buyers accept the responsibility to pay for return freight for any reasons. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable at any case.
